The revitalisation of the tarta hub aims to transform a historic urban site into a vibrant mixed-use development, fostering community and creativity. Our proposal includes the creation of an artist residence, a restaurant, a community centre, a grocery store, and an elevated walkway, all designed to reinvigorate the Cherry Street area. This development will serve as a hub for social interaction, local commerce, and cultural expression, offering both residents and visitors an inclusive space that celebrates art, sustains local businesses, and enhances connectivity,while preserving the historical significance and urban fabric of Toledo.
